Delivery
Ships from overseas; 5–7 business days’ handling plus 10–20 in transit; $12.99, free over $129.99
Details

The shipping page says the warehouse needs 5–7 business days to process a paid order and that standard shipping then takes 10–20 business days — “receiving time = handling time + shipping time”, or three to five weeks. In-stock items are promised to ship within two weeks; pre-orders ship within 10–20 business days or by the date on the product page. The FAQ puts in-stock delivery at “2 weeks to 1 month” and says the factories are in China and Southeast Asia. US standard shipping is $12.99, free over $129.99 — the About page still says $89, so check the checkout total. No signature or insurance option is described; an incomplete address voids any refund for loss.

Returns
30 days after delivery, no exchanges, return postage yours; 5% fee to cancel after 24 hours
Details

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (an older page says 30 days of purchase) for unworn, unwashed items with labels and original packaging, after you email support@xpluswear.com for authorisation and a return address — parcels sent to the sender address on the box are refused. Xpluswear does not offer exchanges and provides no prepaid label: you pay return postage, except for defective goods with photos, and the original shipping fee and any insurance are not refunded. Not returnable: bodysuits, lingerie, jewellery, beauty products, underwear, event and party supplies, promotional and last-chance items, and pre-orders. Cancellations within 24 hours are refunded in full; after that a 5% fee is deducted. Refunds are processed within two working days of receipt.

Import fees
Xpluswear says it covers US clearance fees; the duty-free rule its FAQ describes ended in 2025
Details

The Tariff FAQ explains the “T86” Section 321 process for parcels under $800 and promises that Xpluswear covers all clearance fees, so you “only pay item price + shipping”; if T86 clearance is unavailable, it says orders may incur additional duties “which we’ll cover” and a 3–5-day delay. The duty-free de minimis allowance that page relies on was suspended for all countries from 29 August 2025, so parcels from China now clear customs with duty due — the promise to absorb it is what you are relying on, and the FAQ carries no date. Keep the checkout total and any carrier duty receipt; the shipping policy separately refunds Irish import VAT on proof of payment, which shows the mechanism exists.

Payment
Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay; no pay-in-four service listed; no refund timeline by method
Details

The FAQ lists Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We found no Klarna, Afterpay, Sezzle or Shop Pay, so there is no instalment plan to unwind after a return. The return policy gives no refund timeline by payment method beyond “processed within 2 working days once we have received the item(s)”, and Trustpilot reviewers describe waiting longer than the 7–15 business days support quoted them. Pay by card or PayPal so that a dispute route exists if a refund stalls, and keep the return tracking number, since the return address is supplied by email rather than published on the site.

Support
Email and Facebook Messenger only, 48-hour promise; BBB rating B- with 125 complaints; Trustpilot 3.0
Details

Xpluswear states that it offers “email/FB Messenger customer service only” at support@xpluswear.com, with a reply within 48 business hours; there is no phone or live chat. The contact page gives a Sheridan, Wyoming registered-agent address for Ruitong Global Market Corp. Public records are poor. The BBB profile (Livonia, Michigan; not accredited; file opened June 2023) shows a B- rating, 125 complaints in three years, 35 closed in the last 12 months, and an average of 1.08/5 from 87 reviews, mostly about late deliveries, garments unlike the photos and refunds not paid. Trustpilot shows 3.0/5 from 7,893 reviews, 48% five-star and 30% one-star. Both are self-selected samples: they show what goes wrong, not how often.

Formal, cocktail & wedding-guest

Worth it

  • Formal gowns, cocktail and wedding-guest dresses, and satin or sequin sets
  • For events six weeks or more away, in a style with full measurements listed
  • Then the 30-day return is a real option if it arrives wrong

Skip

  • Events within a month: up to 27 business days, late arrival the commonest complaint
  • Pre-order gowns, which cannot be returned
  • Sequin, glitter and metallic pieces chosen by photo: BBB reviewers report fabric unlike it

Check first

  • Whether it is marked Pre-Order: pre-orders ship later and cannot be returned
  • Bust, waist, hip and length from the chart against your own dress
  • Fabric named (satin, chiffon, tulle, PU) and whether it is lined

Casual & work dresses

Worth it

  • Casual, vacation and work-wear maxi and midi dresses, the cheaper end of the range
  • The lower-stakes buys: a miss costs return postage and the original shipping fee
  • The 30-day return window applies

Skip

  • Bodycon and “3D floral” styles chosen from the photo alone
  • Return rules exclude “perceived quality” and colour differences, so daylight surprises are not defects
  • Flash Sale and Buy-One-Get-One items the listing calls promotional: no returns

Check first

  • Chart measurements, not label size, and the model’s height against stated length
  • Whether it is a promotional or last-chance item, which cannot be returned
  • The product page’s delivery window (in stock or pre-order) against your date

Tops, denim & sets

Worth it

  • Denim, pant and two-piece sets, jumpsuits, tops, cardigans and jackets
  • Where the listing gives waist, hip and inseam, or bust and length, in inches
  • Denim and sets are the most measurable: a careful chart read avoids most returns

Skip

  • Bodysuits, lingerie, underwear and shapewear, all excluded from returns
  • PU-leather leggings and jackets judged from a photo: “PU” is polyurethane, weight unstated
  • Sets not listing both pieces, and jackets for warmth: no fill weight is given

Check first

  • Inseam or total length for pants and jumpsuits: one length is usual
  • Fibre content if the fit is close: “denim” is often mostly polyester
  • Whether the item is on the no-return list (bodysuits, lingerie, underwear)

Swimwear, shoes & accessories

Worth it

  • Swimsuits, cover-ups and activewear, returnable in 30 days if unworn with labels and liner
  • Shoes where the listing gives foot length in centimetres
  • Everything else is low-cost and mostly non-returnable: treat it as final

Skip

  • Jewellery, beauty products and party supplies, all excluded from returns by name
  • Mystery boxes (sold blind, counted as promotional), shapewear and anything sold as underwear
  • Costumes and event pieces ordered inside a month: lateness is not a return reason

Check first

  • Whether the item is on the return policy’s exclusion list
  • Shoe size in foot length (cm), not just US or EU size
  • Swimwear hygiene liner and labels still attached before trying on

Questions

Is Xpluswear a real company and where is it based?

A brand-owned store: the About page names Shenzhen Eko Times Technology Co., Ltd and Ruitong Global Market Corp (Sheridan, Wyoming registered agent); factories in China and Southeast Asia. The public record (BBB B-, 125 complaints, Trustpilot 3.0) concerns delays, fabric and refunds, not vanished money.

Can I exchange for another size?

No. The return policy says Xpluswear does not currently offer exchanges: you return for a refund and reorder. That means return postage to an emailed address, forfeiting the original shipping fee, and paying shipping again unless the new order clears the free-shipping line.

Will I be charged import duties?

Xpluswear’s Tariff FAQ says it covers all clearance fees and any duties, so you pay only item price plus shipping. The US duty-free allowance it describes ended in August 2025, so you rely on that promise. Pay any carrier duty, keep the receipt, email support.

How are the picks on this page chosen?

A script reads Xpluswear’s feed each night and picks in-stock items in each category priced roughly $25–150, with a plausible discount and a clear single product, recording the price it saw. Nothing is chosen for its payout, and we have worn or tested nothing.

Do you earn from these links?

Yes. Links to Xpluswear are affiliate links through Impact and we may earn a commission on purchases at no extra cost to you. That does not change what we tell you to skip, and it does not put a pick on the page.
