How to report an error and how corrections are recorded.
Report an error
Email support@buybestproduct.net with the page address and the claim you believe is wrong; a link to the current policy page helps. We aim to acknowledge reports within five working days.
What happens next
We re-read the original source. If the page is wrong, we correct it and move the “checked on” date; if the source has changed since we read it, we update the line and note the new date. Material corrections — anything that changes a verdict, a fee, a window or a warning — are listed below with the date.
