Micas says the warehouse takes 1–6 business days to process an order (pre-orders excluded) before it ships. Standard shipping is free on orders over US$79 after discounts — the site banner says $79; the policy page gives $69 or $79 by region. The policy lists Standard, Express and Super Express services, but the table of transit times and prices did not render when we read it, so the delivery estimate at checkout is the number to rely on. In-stock items can be split from pre-orders and sent first. No APO/FPO delivery. The page does not say where parcels ship from; the company’s contact address is in Hong Kong and recent Trustpilot reviewers describe parcels clearing customs.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving all items in the order. Items must be unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with original packaging and tags. Non-returnable: Final Sale and Flash Sale items, gift cards, surprise boxes, tights, lingerie, sleepwear, bikinis, bodysuits, nipple covers, all accessories except scarves, and orders paid with store credit. You pay return shipping unless the item is defective; US customers can buy a prepaid label through the returns portal at their own cost (amount not published). The original shipping fee is deducted from the refund, paid as a discount code, store credit or cash. Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days of receipt and land 1–15 business days later depending on the payment method.

The shipping policy states that for orders to the United States “all import duties and taxes are included in your payment. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.” That matters because the policy does not name a dispatch origin and the operator is registered in Hong Kong: the US duty-free de minimis allowance ended on 29 August 2025 for all countries, so parcels posted from abroad can attract charges, and Micas says it absorbs them. For other countries the policy is the opposite — local customs levy duties, and a parcel refused for unpaid duties goes back at the customer’s expense. Read the order total at checkout, and keep it if a carrier asks for money at the door.

Public complaint data is poor: the BBB profile (filed under a Fresno, California address, opened June 2023) shows an F rating, not accredited, 41 complaints in three years, 19 closed in the last 12 months and 34 unanswered, mostly about late deliveries, refunds and sizing. Trustpilot shows 3.7/5 from 6,041 reviews, 24% one-star, with the same themes. Both are self-selected samples: they show what goes wrong, not how often.

Is Micas a real company and where is it based?

Yes. Micas is a brand-owned store, not a marketplace. Its app is published by Precision Technology Holding Limited; the contact page lists a Wan Chai, Hong Kong address, the About page speaks of New York. The risk is fit, delivery time and a paid return.

What sizes does Micas carry and do they run true?

Sizes run XXS to XXXL, not every style in every size. We have not measured garments; Trustpilot reviewers split between “true to size” and “misleading size charts”. Check the listing’s chart against a garment you own, or email support your measurements, which the FAQ offers.

What does a return actually cost?
