A tracking guide updated in August 2026 says orders are normally delivered within 2–4 business days, with a 2–4-day delay for weekends, holidays or custom wigs. Carriers named include USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL and YunExpress, and some products are labelled “US Only”, but the site does not say where parcels ship from. Signature on delivery is off by default — request it in the order note. The customer is stated to be responsible for any customs duties, taxes and clearance fees.

Luvme accepts returns of unused products within 30 days of receipt. The hair must be uncut, unbleached and its colour unchanged, and the lace untouched — no cutting or secondary trimming. Used products are refused on hygiene grounds — worn or installed wigs, visible wear, and residue of glue, gel, makeup or oil all disqualify. Each order gets one free return, with a label valid only inside the United States; further returns are at your cost. Contact Customer Care with the reason and photos, wait for approval and the address, then ship. Refunds start within two business days of inspection. Exchanges follow the same route, with the replacement sent about three business days after the return arrives.

We looked for a warranty or quality guarantee on the return, shipping, payment, contact and terms pages and found none for wigs or bundles; the Terms of Use carry a general disclaimer of implied warranties. In practice a problem with the hair is handled through the 30-day return route, which requires the product to be unworn — so a wig that begins shedding after installation falls outside it. That gap is what the public complaint record shows: BBB complaints from March 2026 describe returns refused as “used products” after shedding or stitching gaps appeared. If you suspect a fault, photograph the wig in its packaging before installing it and contact Customer Care within 30 days.
