Two thresholds are in play — the shipping page says free over $75, the banner over $80 — so take the checkout figure. Tracking arrives within a business day and updates 1–3 days later. FitVille is not responsible for parcels stolen after delivery, it says, and its only line on Alaska and Hawaii concerns shipping costs and state taxes; ask before ordering there.

FitVille’s page “FDA Registered Device” says “our orthopedic shoes are FDA-registered, ensuring they meet the necessary standards for medical-grade support and relief” and lists foot conditions the shoes are “designed to help”. We make no claim either way about the shoes. What matters to a buyer is what the term means: the FDA states that an entry in its registration and listing database “does not denote approval, clearance, or authorization of that facility or its medical devices”, and that it issues no registration certificates. FitVille’s page gives no registration or listing number and no product list, so the claim cannot be checked against the FDA database. Treat the badge as marketing and buy on fit and the return terms.

We looked for a warranty or quality guarantee on the shipping, return, FAQ, terms and contact pages on 8 September 2026 and found none; the terms of service disclaim implied warranties in standard Shopify wording — products are provided “as is” and “as available”. That leaves the 30-day return window as the only published remedy: a pair that fails inside 30 days goes back as a return, so describe the fault when you email, with photos, since ordinary returns require unworn shoes. Beyond 30 days there is no stated route; a Trustpilot review from August 2026 describes a part breaking after three wears and “inadequate warranty support”. Keep the order email and photograph the shoes on arrival.
