The page does not say whether it is collected or dropped off, so ask first. Refunds land 5–10 business days after approval. Yes, per the public record. On 8 September 2026 novilla.net redirected to www.novillashop.com, whose FAQ promises a trial on “any purchase from novilla.net”. The contact page names Sweet Night Technology Inc at a Delaware registered-agent address, per the BBB. Novilla sells through Walmart and Amazon.

Can I return the mattress if I do not like it?
