The warehouse takes 1–3 business days to process an order (up to seven for a PayPal eCheck); US express shipping is free and quoted at 5–7 business days. The policy also lists “China Standard” at $9.99 (9–15 business days) and “China Express” at $19.99 (5–7), so some items ship from abroad; duties and taxes are included at checkout. Equipment “is delivered as curbside delivery only and cannot be delivered to upper floor residences” — plan for the box at the kerb. Orders can arrive in several parcels, and MERACH accepts no responsibility for delays from remote locations, address errors or an address changed after dispatch.

The site’s “30-Day Returns” badge rests on the Home Trial Program: first-time purchasers of a new MERACH machine can return it within 30 days of delivery in “like-new” condition for a refund, after approval through the contact form. The costs are the catch. “Return shipping fee is under your responsibility”; if MERACH supplies the label, “an additional return shipping fee of $100–350 depending on your location” is charged; no delivery charge you paid is refunded; and MERACH may make “a reasonable deduction for use” or refuse a damaged machine. Accessories are refundable only with the machine. A damaged or malfunctioning item goes back at MERACH’s cost, per the FAQ. The separate Return & Refund Policy page is closed to automated readers, so we could not check it.

The base warranty is “1 year — structural frame and other parts and components”, against material and workmanship defects under normal use, for purchases through MERACH’s direct channels (merachfit.com, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop). Registering as a member adds a further year — the site’s “2 Year Warranty” badge assumes you do; no deadline is given, so register on delivery. Excluded: wear items such as pulleys, brake pads, tension knobs, cords, footings and rubber grips; cosmetic damage; squeaks, clunks and grinding blamed on poor maintenance; water or fire damage from improper installation; unauthorised repair or modification. Claims go through the contact page with the order number or receipt. “Charges may apply for services not covered”, and the page does not say who pays to ship parts.

MERACH’s machines pair with the MERACH app, and the app page advertises a “30-Day Free Trial Included” with the download; the Home Trial terms refer to an “All-Access Membership fee” that is refunded if you return the machine during the trial. We looked on the app page, the FAQ and the trial terms on 8 September 2026 for the membership price, whether the trial converts to a paid plan automatically, and how to cancel, and found none of it. Assume the usual app-store pattern — a trial that renews unless cancelled — and check the subscription screen in the App Store or Google Play before day 30. Nothing on the pages says the machines depend on the membership, but we have not used one.
