The rules

- United States · prices in USD

- Delivery
- Free to the 48 contiguous states, curbside only; 1–3 days to process, then 5–7 business days
Details
MERACH ships only to the 48 contiguous states — no PO boxes, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or Guam. The warehouse takes 1–3 business days to process an order (up to seven for a PayPal eCheck); US express shipping is free and quoted at 5–7 business days. The policy also lists “China Standard” at $9.99 (9–15 business days) and “China Express” at $19.99 (5–7), so some items ship from abroad; duties and taxes are included at checkout. Equipment “is delivered as curbside delivery only and cannot be delivered to upper floor residences” — plan for the box at the kerb. Orders can arrive in several parcels, and MERACH accepts no responsibility for delays from remote locations, address errors or an address changed after dispatch.

- Returns
- 30-day home trial, first-time buyers only; you pay return shipping and MERACH’s label costs $100–350; use is deducted
Details
The site’s “30-Day Returns” badge rests on the Home Trial Program: first-time purchasers of a new MERACH machine can return it within 30 days of delivery in “like-new” condition for a refund, after approval through the contact form. The costs are the catch. “Return shipping fee is under your responsibility”; if MERACH supplies the label, “an additional return shipping fee of $100–350 depending on your location” is charged; no delivery charge you paid is refunded; and MERACH may make “a reasonable deduction for use” or refuse a damaged machine. Accessories are refundable only with the machine. A damaged or malfunctioning item goes back at MERACH’s cost, per the FAQ. The separate Return & Refund Policy page is closed to automated readers, so we could not check it.

- Warranty
- One year on frame, parts and components, two if you register; wear parts and poor maintenance excluded
Details
The base warranty is “1 year — structural frame and other parts and components”, against material and workmanship defects under normal use, for purchases through MERACH’s direct channels (merachfit.com, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop). Registering as a member adds a further year — the site’s “2 Year Warranty” badge assumes you do; no deadline is given, so register on delivery. Excluded: wear items such as pulleys, brake pads, tension knobs, cords, footings and rubber grips; cosmetic damage; squeaks, clunks and grinding blamed on poor maintenance; water or fire damage from improper installation; unauthorised repair or modification. Claims go through the contact page with the order number or receipt. “Charges may apply for services not covered”, and the page does not say who pays to ship parts.

Details
Support is by phone on +1 (833) 529-6620 and live chat, Monday to Friday 9am–9pm Eastern, or by email to info.us@merachfit.com. The Better Business Bureau profile filed under “Merach Global Fit” of Forest Park, Georgia (website merachfit.com; file opened 9 January 2025) showed an F rating on 8 September 2026 — 66 complaints, ten unanswered — with themes of items paid for and never delivered, no order updates and a phone line that “never has anyone available”. Trustpilot showed 4.2 out of 5 from 787 reviews, 67% five-star and 20% one-star, profile claimed; recent complaints describe weeks waiting for email replies, refund requests unanswered and units needing replacement. Self-selected samples: what goes wrong, not how often.

- Payment
- Cards, PayPal and PayPal Credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna; charged at order; eCheck delays dispatch
Details
MERACH accepts PayPal and PayPal Credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your card is charged when the order is placed, and a PayPal eCheck can hold dispatch for up to seven business days while it clears. Klarna instalment terms are not spelled out on the payment FAQ — read Klarna’s own schedule at checkout, and remember that a return leaves instalments running until the refund arrives, minus any deduction for use and the delivery charge MERACH keeps. Prices are in US dollars, with rolling sale prices against crossed-out figures (a $299.99 rower shown against $489.99 on the day we read the store); compare with the same model on Amazon or Walmart, not the strike-through.

- Subscription
- MERACH app: 30-day free trial advertised; membership price and renewal terms not published on the pages we read
Details
MERACH’s machines pair with the MERACH app, and the app page advertises a “30-Day Free Trial Included” with the download; the Home Trial terms refer to an “All-Access Membership fee” that is refunded if you return the machine during the trial. We looked on the app page, the FAQ and the trial terms on 8 September 2026 for the membership price, whether the trial converts to a paid plan automatically, and how to cancel, and found none of it. Assume the usual app-store pattern — a trial that renews unless cancelled — and check the subscription screen in the App Store or Google Play before day 30. Nothing on the pages says the machines depend on the membership, but we have not used one.

Questions
What does a return cost me?
Return shipping is yours for a working machine, MERACH’s label costs $100–350, delivery charges are not refunded, and use can be deducted. First-time buyers only, within 30 days of delivery, approved first. A damaged or faulty machine goes back at MERACH’s cost, per the FAQ.
Is the warranty one year or two?
One year on frame, parts and components, two if you register as a member. It covers material and workmanship defects on purchases from MERACH’s own channels, and excludes wear parts, cosmetic damage and noises blamed on poor maintenance. Register on delivery; no deadline is named.
Will they carry it inside?
No. The policy says equipment is delivered curbside only, not to upper-floor residences, and only within the 48 contiguous states: no PO boxes, military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Allow 1–3 business days of processing plus the 5–7 business-day quote, possibly in several parcels.
How do you choose the picks on this page?
A script reads MERACH’s catalogue feed every night and selects in-stock items in each category priced roughly $50–800, recording the price it saw. Editors can pin or hide items. Nothing is chosen for its payout, and we have not assembled or used any of them.
Do you earn from these links?
Yes. Links to MERACH are affiliate links and we may earn a commission on purchases at no extra cost to you. That changes neither the return, delivery and warranty terms we tell you to read first nor what we tell you to skip.
