You can ask for a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. The policy is written for unused goods: anything that reaches the warehouse “used or damaged” can be refused, and the mower must go back in the original or Anthbot-recommended packaging with every accessory and any promotional gift. For a change of mind you pay the return shipping “based on your courier selection” — not trivial for a boxed mower and base station; for a quality problem Anthbot pays. Refunds reach the original payment method within 15 business days of the warehouse receiving the item. The “30 Days Money Back” badge means this policy; we found no published trial that lets a mower be used and then returned.

To claim, send proof of purchase and a video of the fault to support@anthbot.com; approved repairs cost nothing and Anthbot pays one-way shipping. Collision damage, modifications, third-party parts and altered serial numbers are excluded; an authorised return must ship within seven days.

Anthbot quotes two to four business days to process an order and three to seven business days in transit, with no shipping on weekends or public holidays. The US store ships to the contiguous states only — Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and armed-forces addresses are excluded. Address changes must be emailed within 24 hours of purchase. If the box arrives damaged, email photos or video to contact@anthbot.com on the delivery day. The policy adds that Anthbot “covers all tariff fees”. Carrier and signature requirements are not stated, so expect a large box and arrange to be home.

Its Trustpilot profile is claimed; the reviews visible when we read it praise support staff by name, one alleges gifts were offered for five-star ratings, and Trustpilot notes the company has not replied to negative reviews. We could not read the aggregate score, and we found no BBB profile.

Models with a 4G modem — Genie 600E, 800, 1000 and 3000, and the M and N series, but not the Genie 600 — can use Anthbot’s 4G service, sold at $39.99 for one year, $75.99 for two or $107.99 for three. It lets you schedule, start, pause and monitor the mower through the app over the mobile network. The Genie 1000 and 3000 listings include one year free. The service page calls it a digital product that is “non-returnable once activated or purchased” and does not say whether it renews automatically or what the mower can no longer do when it lapses — ask support before you rely on it.

Questions
Is Anthbot a real company?
Yes. ANTHBOT is a brand of MENGOBOT LIMITED, a Hong Kong company whose founders say they moved into robot mowers in 2022. It sells through anthbot.com and retailers, publishes its policies and staffs a US toll-free line on weekdays, but gives no US company address.
Can I try the mower on my lawn and return it if it does not suit?
Not under the published policy. You have 30 calendar days from delivery, but Anthbot “has the right to refuse” anything arriving used or damaged, and you pay return shipping unless the fault is theirs. Treat it as final once the mower has cut grass.
How does a warranty claim work?
Email support@anthbot.com with proof of purchase and a fault video. If accepted, Anthbot pays inspection, parts, labour and one-way shipping; ship within seven days. Cover starts 14 days after ordering: three years on the body, two on the battery, one for Pion or refurbished.
How do you choose the picks on this page?
