Online orders can go back to any store free of charge; posting them back is at your cost unless the item is faulty, in which case Lowes pays the Australia Post fee. Underwear, gift cards, charity products and clearance items cannot be returned for change of mind; posted returns take seven to ten business days to process once received. Faulty goods fall under the Australian Consumer Law guarantees, which sit on top of this policy. Click-and-collect exists only for schoolwear ordered through the Schools Online department, where the store handling the order contacts you when it is ready, and it is switched off during promotions. External territories are excluded, and New Zealand customers are sent to a separate site.
