In-stock items ship within one to six business days of the order; made-to-order pieces, which include most engagement rings and Design Your Ring builds, take approximately three weeks to make before they ship, with an estimated ship date shown at purchase. A Quick Ship gift section and in-stock filters mark the faster items. The 30-day return clock starts when the item ships, not when it arrives, so the two-day transit is part of your window. International orders ship duty-paid by UPS or FedEx, but the store covered here is the US one.

Items must be in original, unworn condition with all original documentation; a return without the lab-grown diamond certificate carries a $100 replacement fee per missing card. Pre-designed styles and Design Your Ring pieces are refunded to the original payment method; High Jewelry, Special Orders and Truly Custom orders are returnable for store credit only; items modified, engraved or resized by another company cannot be returned. Contact customer service for a return authorisation, which is valid for seven days, and ship within that time. Card refunds can take up to one billing cycle. Orders placed 14 November–16 December 2025 had until 15 January 2026.

The Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty promises jewellery free from defects in materials and workmanship at delivery and stones that will not fade or cloud. It excludes wear and tear, scratching, trauma, loss of centre stones, theft, improper cleaning or storage, and prongs thinning through regular wear — the usual reason a stone falls out — and it is voided by repairs done elsewhere. Claims go to customer service with the order number and photos; Grown Brilliance pays shipping for warrantied repairs. US orders get one free resize within 30 days of shipping (eternity rings are remade once instead), two resizes maximum; prong tightening, polishing, rhodium plating and side-stone replacement are paid. We found no upgrade or trade-in programme on the site.

Certification cards from IGI or GIA come with every Design Your Ring centre stone and with any other piece whose centre stone or matched pair is three-quarters of a carat or larger; fashion jewellery, bands, gemstone pieces, fancy-coloured diamonds, H–I quality pre-designed settings and items marked “Not Certified” get none. What the report states — carat, cut, colour, clarity — is the only description of a stone we rely on. The Price Match Guarantee covers loose lab-grown diamonds only, matched on carat, cut, colour, clarity and shape against Brilliant Earth, James Allen, Blue Nile, Jared, Kay, Zales, Helzberg, Rare Carat or With Clarity, claimed by email before purchase; there is no refund after purchase, and no price-drop adjustment is published.
