The store delivers only to the sales regions listed on its support page, which include France and most EU countries, each through its own store front. We did not find shipping charges stated on the terms or FAQ pages we could read — the checkout shows them, and product pages may advertise free delivery for specific items. After a return, refunds take about seven business days for the payment provider to process, up to fourteen if there is a problem.

Prices are in euros, and the contracting seller is Reflection Investment B.V., Rotterdam, so the name on your card statement may differ from “OnePlus”. If you withdraw or return, the refund goes back through the same payment provider, which the FAQ says takes about seven business days.

The French support page lists an online chat, the email address support.fr@oneplus.com and a phone line whose number and hours are inserted by script and did not load for us, so we cannot quote them. Repairs, warranty checks and service requests run through service.oneplus.com/fr, where you can track a repair; the repair page says to back up and reset the device first. The OnePlus Community forum was reported to close on 16 August 2026 as part of the European wind-down, so do not rely on it for help. EU customer complaints about warranty handling in July 2026 are covered under the warranty line above; we found no regulator action against OnePlus in France in 2024–2026.
