Loop Earplugs
Reusable earplugs from Loop’s US store: a 100-day return window, a shipping fee deducted from refunds, a two-year warranty and SNR ratings as Loop states them.

The rules
- Market
- United States · prices in USD
- Verified · Sep 8
- Delivery
- Free shipping on orders over $44; delivery times not on a page we could read
Details
The US store states “free shipping on orders over $44 USD in the United States or $64 CAD in Canada”; below that a charge is added at checkout. The shipping page refers you to “more specific details during checkout or on our shipping policy”, and the policy page itself is closed to automated readers, so we cannot quote processing or transit times or say where US parcels ship from. Treat the checkout estimate as the commitment. The free-shipping line matters again later: if a refunded order qualified for free shipping, Loop deducts the shipping cost from the refund. Recent complaints (BBB, May 2026; Trustpilot, September 2026) describe deliveries of two to three weeks and orders missing event dates — self-selected, but consistent.

- Returns
- 100 days from delivery, even if used; refund, credit or exchange; free-shipping cost deducted from refunds
Details
Returns are accepted within 100 days of delivery for a refund, store credit or exchange, “even if used”, provided the earplugs go back in original condition with every accessory and ear tip. You start in the Returns & Warranty Portal (run by Redo), print the label it provides and drop the parcel at the point it names; each order goes back separately. The warehouse takes 3–6 business days (up to 10 for faulty items); the refund follows within five. Two catches: initial shipping charges are not refunded, and “if an order is refunded and your order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund” — no amount is stated. Final Sale, customised and discounted Loop Archive items cannot be refunded.

- Warranty
- Two years from delivery on defects; ear tips and wear excluded; claims through the same portal
Details
Loop warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two years from the original delivery date. It may repair with genuine parts, replace with the same or a substantially similar model, substitute one of equivalent value, or refund — at its own choice — and may ask for proof of purchase. Excluded: consumable parts such as ear tips, cosmetic damage, third-party components, accidents, misuse, unauthorised modification and normal wear. Website orders claim through the Returns & Warranty Portal (returns.getredo.com) by selecting the product and the warranty reason; Amazon and other retail purchases use the warranty claim form on the same portal, every field completed. Report damage with a description and a photo.

- Support
- Chat 3am–9pm CET daily, email within three business days; no phone on the contact page; BBB rating F
Details
The contact page offers an AI agent (“Aura”), live chat daily from 3:00am to 9:00pm Central European Time — roughly 9pm to 3pm Eastern, so late US afternoons fall outside it — and email to hello@loopearplugs.com, answered within three business days by Loop’s own estimate. No phone number is published there; the BBB profile lists (833) 422-1474. That profile, for Loop America Inc of New York (file opened 19 May 2023), showed an F rating on 8 September 2026 because six of eight complaints went unanswered. Trustpilot showed 3.6 out of 5 from 8,049 reviews, 61% five-star and 19% one-star; recent complaints cite late deliveries, refunds taking weeks and chat that reaches only the AI agent. Self-selected samples: what goes wrong, not how often.

- Payment
- Cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and Amazon Pay; prices in USD
Details
The US store lists Amazon Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo and Visa, with prices in US dollars (the same store serves Canada in Canadian dollars). No instalment plan of Loop’s own is named on the pages we read, although Shop Pay and PayPal can offer their own at checkout. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of acceptance, or as store credit sent to the order email. Instant Exchanges hold the amount on your card and charge it if the return is not sent within 14 days. Exchanges keep the original discount but cannot take new codes or expedited shipping — and they avoid the shipping deduction.

- Safety
- Loop’s own SNR figures, 16 to 27 dB by model; no US NRR on the pages we read
Details
Loop states a Single Number Rating (SNR, the European scale) on each US product page: Quiet 2 “24 dB (SNR)”, Dream “27 dB (SNR)”, Experience 2 “17 dB (SNR)”, Engage 2 “16 dB (SNR)”, and Switch 2 26, 23 and 20 dB for its Quiet, Experience and Engage modes. The pages call the products “certified hearing protection” and link to EU declarations of conformity published as images. We found no US Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) on those pages, and the two scales are not interchangeable. These are the manufacturer’s laboratory ratings: we have not measured anything and make no claim about what the earplugs do in your ears. Anyone needing hearing protection for work should ask Loop for the NRR and test standard first.

Questions
What does a return cost me?
The portal provides a label, so postage is not the issue. Original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free over $44, Loop deducts the shipping cost from the refund; the amount is not published. An exchange or store credit avoids that.
How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
Two years from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. Loop chooses repair, replacement with the same or a similar model, an equivalent product or a refund. Ear tips, cosmetic damage, misuse, modification and wear are excluded. Claims go through the Returns & Warranty Portal.
How much noise do Loop earplugs block?
Loop’s US product pages state SNR figures: 24 dB (Quiet 2), 27 (Dream), 17 (Experience 2), 16 (Engage 2) and 26/23/20 by mode (Switch 2). SNR is the European scale; we found no US NRR there. These are the manufacturer’s laboratory ratings, not our tests.
How do you choose the picks on this page?
A script reads Loop’s US catalogue feed every night and selects in-stock items in each category priced roughly $15–80, recording the price it saw. Editors can pin, annotate or hide items. Nothing is chosen for its payout, and we have tested none of it.
Do you earn from these links?
Yes. Links to Loop Earplugs are affiliate links and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That changes nothing about the return, refund and warranty terms we tell you to read, or which listings we tell you to skip.
