The warehouse takes 3–6 business days (up to 10 for faulty items); the refund follows within five. Two catches: initial shipping charges are not refunded, and “if an order is refunded and your order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund” — no amount is stated. That profile, for Loop America Inc of New York (file opened 19 May 2023), showed an F rating on 8 September 2026 because six of eight complaints went unanswered. Trustpilot showed 3.6 out of 5 from 8,049 reviews, 61% five-star and 19% one-star; recent complaints cite late deliveries, refunds taking weeks and chat that reaches only the AI agent. Loop states a Single Number Rating (SNR, the European scale) on each US product page: Quiet 2 “24 dB (SNR)”, Dream “27 dB (SNR)”, Experience 2 “17 dB (SNR)”, Engage 2 “16 dB (SNR)”, and Switch 2 26, 23 and 20 dB for its Quiet, Experience and Engage modes. The pages call the products “certified hearing protection” and link to EU declarations of conformity published as images. We found no US Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) on those pages, and the two scales are not interchangeable. These are the manufacturer’s laboratory ratings: we have not measured anything and make no claim about what the earplugs do in your ears. Anyone needing hearing protection for work should ask Loop for the NRR and test standard first.

What does a return cost me?

The portal provides a label, so postage is not the issue. Original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free over $44, Loop deducts the shipping cost from the refund; the amount is not published. An exchange or store credit avoids that.

How long is the warranty and what does it cover?

Two years from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. Loop chooses repair, replacement with the same or a similar model, an equivalent product or a refund. Ear tips, cosmetic damage, misuse, modification and wear are excluded. Claims go through the Returns & Warranty Portal.

How much noise do Loop earplugs block?

Loop’s US product pages state SNR figures: 24 dB (Quiet 2), 27 (Dream), 17 (Experience 2), 16 (Engage 2) and 26/23/20 by mode (Switch 2). SNR is the European scale; we found no US NRR there. These are the manufacturer’s laboratory ratings, not our tests.
