The pricing page we read on 8 September 2026 listed three plans and a lifetime membership but rendered the amounts in the browser, so we could not verify them. It did state: Free gets 140 credits once, AI generation of up to 10 slides and the free models; Plus 600 credits a month, up to 20 slides and advanced models; Pro 1,200 credits a month, up to 50 slides and “state-of-the-art & all models”. A third-party review updated 27 August 2026 quotes Plus at $9 a month or $59.99 a year, Pro at $11.49 a month or $72 a year, and lifetime licences at $107.99–139.99 — unverified. AppSumo buyers report their deal’s credits being cut after purchase.

The Terms of Use state that “your subscription will be automatically renewed monthly or yearly if applicable” and that you can unsubscribe at any time through account settings; if you cancel, “you will not be entitled to a refund for any fees paid”, so the plan runs to the end of the paid period. The pricing FAQ distinguishes a one-time (lifetime) membership from a subscription and points both to Account Settings → Subscription. The help centre carries an article titled “Why am I still being charged, but my account shows I’m on the Free plan?”, describing charges that continue after an account is deleted — cancel the subscription first, then delete the account. The Terms are dated 24 March 2023.

AiPPT’s refund rule is short: refund requests must be submitted within the first seven days of activation, and “generally, refunds are not provided once you have used the service for more than seven days”, after which “all membership fees become non-refundable”. The Terms do not say whether a refund goes back to the card, how long it takes, or whether heavy use inside the seven days disqualifies you, and there is no separate refund page. In practice that makes the seven-day mark the only exit for a yearly or lifetime purchase, and the request goes by email to support@aippt.com, the sole contact route published. Purchases through the iOS or Android app are governed by Apple’s and Google’s refund processes instead.

The help centre lists support@aippt.com as the contact and a knowledge base of how-to articles; we found no live chat, phone number or stated response time. Public feedback is thin: Trustpilot showed 2.9/5 from just two reviews on 8 September 2026, both one-star and both saying the subscription could not be cancelled from the account — one reviewer resorted to cancelling their card. AppSumo, where a lifetime deal was sold, showed 4.2/5 from 27 verified reviews the same day, praising fast first drafts and criticising reduced credits, placeholder text left in templates and image models locked behind upgrades. Both are self-selected samples too small to generalise from; they show what to check, not how often it goes wrong.

We looked for accepted payment methods on the pricing page, its FAQ, the Terms of Use, the help centre and the affiliates page and found none named — no card brands, PayPal or wallet list — so we cannot say what the web checkout takes or in which currency it charges beyond the USD amounts third parties quote. The affiliates page does say that purchases through the mobile app are not tracked, which implies the web checkout is separate from the app stores. Look at the checkout screen before entering details, and prefer a card whose issuer handles disputes well given the seven-day refund limit.

The Terms of Use name “AiPPT” at 8 Burn Road, #04-04, Trivex, Singapore 369977 and choose the laws of Hong Kong; the Privacy Policy names “AiPPTLtd” at the same address and says data is stored and processed in the United States. The App Store developer is Megadreams LIMITED, and the Hong Kong Companies Registry shows MEGADREAMS LIMITED incorporated on 27 July 2023 at a Tsim Sha Tsui address that a business directory ties to AiPPT.com. The privacy policy says AiPPT may analyse content and uploads and “use machine learning to train our algorithms”, shares data with advertising networks, and keeps it “for a commercially reasonable period”. Both documents are dated 24 March 2023. Do not upload confidential decks.

Who is Megadreams and is AiPPT a real company?
Megadreams Limited is a Hong Kong company incorporated in July 2023, listed as developer of the AiPPT iOS app and named on AiPPT’s affiliates page as operator of its Impact programme. A small operator with 2023-dated terms, not a fraud, but a thin paper trail.
Can I get a refund?
Only within seven days of activation, by emailing support@aippt.com; after seven days of use the Terms say refunds are “generally not provided” and fees become non-refundable. Cancelling stops the next renewal but refunds nothing already paid. In-app purchases go through Apple’s or Google’s refund process.
How do I cancel, and why might I still be charged?
Open Account Settings → Subscription and cancel; the plan runs to the paid period’s end. AiPPT’s help centre has an article on charges after deleting an account, so cancel before deleting anything and keep the confirmation. Both Trustpilot reviewers said cancellation did not work.
What happens to the documents I upload?
The privacy policy says AiPPT may analyse content and uploads to train its algorithms, processes data in the US, shares it with service providers and advertising networks, and keeps it for a “commercially reasonable” period. The Terms say you keep ownership. Unsuitable for confidential material.
